Earlier in June, I received a special delivery from The Pie Commission, who is one of the food vendors at Toronto’s Festival of Beer. Pictured below is their Braised Beef Rib Pie - delicious chunks of slow braised beef in homeamde veal stock with sweet potato and mushroom.
